This simple yet adorable card is made using the image Bundle of Hearts by Crafty Sentiments

For the colourful background,  I sprayed different colour sprays on. Pastic bag like just any sandwich bag, and kept the card stock on it.. Slowly pick up the cardstock for a beautiful random colour designed background
